SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At Glow Remedy Skin Care, every order is hand-packed with care to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy before completing your purchase.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends process the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may be slightly longer due to volume.

2. Flat-Rate Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9 per order for all deliveries within the continental United States.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from shipment.

  • Shipped via trusted carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

  • Expedited options are not currently available.

3. Shipping Areas

We ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes/APO/FPO, or international destinations.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed after shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  1. Email info@glowremedyskincare.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description.
    We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund once verified.

Glow Remedy isn’t responsible for packages lost/delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier/weather events.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

Need to update your address or cancel? Email info@glowremedyskincare.com immediately. Once processing or shipment begins, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, it will be noted on the product page and will ship once available.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

At Glow Remedy Skin Care, your satisfaction and confidence in our products mean everything to us. We take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our formulas and want every client to have a positive experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@glowremedyskincare.com
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Once verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

We may request that damaged or incorrect items be returned before a replacement or refund is processed.

3. How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Samples or travel-size items

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email info@glowremedyskincare.com for assistance.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
If you used a discount code or promotion, your refund will reflect the adjusted amount paid after the discount.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary.

8. Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased Glow Remedy products through an authorized retailer or spa partner, please contact them directly for return or exchange assistance, as their policies may differ.
